Warranty & Returns Information
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@j54.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return exceptions
You cannot return when; - the product has been worn - the product has been washed - it is in such a condition that it cannot reasonably be sold as new. Warranty If the product is not delivered properly, please contact J54 and we will look for a suitable solution.
