We offer the ultimate patented technology to convert END OF LIFE TIRES (ELT’s) into valuable raw materials.
Problem
Worldwide there are approximately 30.9 million tons ELT’s that end up in landfill or are incinerated in cement kilns, among other things.

Solution
In collaboration with technology developer PYRUM INNOVATIONS from Germany, LAUPAT INDUSTRIES will convert worldwide ELT’s into valuable raw materials via a patented safe pyrolysis technology.
Cost-effective solution to convert ELT’s into Valuable raw materials.
After a first location in Germany, we want to roll out our technologies worldwide and start with the construction and operation of a location for ELTs in the PORT of ANTWERP.
Each LAUPAT INDUSTRIES industrial site converts 15,000 tons (1,500,000 tyres) into 5,600,000 kg of “GREEN OIL”, 7,000,000 kg of “CARBON BLACK” and 3,000,000 kg of “97% pure STEEL” on an annual basis.
