THE CHALLENGE

The labor market is reversed. There are more jobs than available people. This up-side-down situation invites to organize empowerment and motivation-enhancing activities for job seekers. After all; of the 100% job seekers, only 10% are unwilling to work.

The rest 90% who want to, but maybe (think they) can't. All kinds of obstacles stand in the way, often led by fear of failure, taking risks and really going for the next job.

de Banenfabriek creates a physical place where people can grow and assemble their next job themselves.

In addition, future trends and Developments show that the Netherlands will continue to be confronted in the coming years with increasing unemployment among the elderly and a shortage on the labor market.THE

APPROACH

de Banenfabriek wants to provide challenges with solutions and has devised an approach that does justice to the needs of job seekers, employers and municipalities, in coordination and with respect for all interests. The control in one place, with an integrated approach that ensures that a direct and effective response can be given to what presents itself in the process to work and in relation to the regional network. We present this approach in our pitchdeck.

de Banenfabriek is a place where people can go if they want to seriously work on their next job. The threshold is low, the effect is high.

WHY?

Because participating in the Netherlands is a right for everyone. And because if someone wants to participate, it is important that there is room to take steps. Participating for job seekers means: developing, working and continuing to participate.

de Banenfabriek provides a production environment where people feel heard, seen and recognised. This creates a sense of security and that leads to movement. Moving towards feeling better and towards a job.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

To make de Banenfabriek scalable and profitable, we have made various calculations based on the next 4 years. For the next 4 years we need an investment of € 1,100,000. This allows us to re-place 220 participants in the labor market. When placing these participants at companies, a fee is paid by the company concerned.
